We are always seeking partnerships with Lettings and Estate Agents to rent houses and flats on a long-term basis. Our goal is to establish strong, long-term relationships with agents.

 

• Agents provide us with properties suitable for corporate tenants (such as IT contractors and project managers), professionals (medical staff), and contractors (site managers, engineers, quantity surveyors, etc.) who require long-term accommodation for themselves or their staff.
   
• Agents benefit from consistent, long-term management fees without the need to manage the properties or interact with tenants directly.
   
• We are interested in rental agreements ranging from 12 to 36 months and may consider longer terms depending on the contract.
   
• Additionally, Agents can also benefit by taking on multi-let / HMO, or even probate and distressed properties, which we will consider refurbishing.
